Wow that’s great, irony! Congrats!

@ Cornellarch-Thank you!

I’m an American citizen and non-traditional. Everyone, look for a envelope by snailmail, that breaks down EFC, grants and potentially a waiver for the 400$ deposit. My finAid letter was sent on the 20th, got it 21st due to Ithaca residency, so finAid letters are on the way for some! Congrats to everyone accepted and good luck to those who are still waiting to hear.

-Ironystilldreams Cornell '14

Still nothing from ILR :(

@Cornellarch Thx! did u also apply for AAP? (Could somehow tell from your username :D)

@GregFields im still crossing my fingers for the three amigos and everyone else waiting :). i mean somebodys got to get in by mail right?

Most of CALS, ILR, and CHE should hear back next week so good luck people! I can’t believe I’m actually longing for Monday! It feels so far away. I just want to get my decision already so I can focus on finals and all the other stuff that I have to get done. I literally dream about Cornell every night… sigh

yeah me too cant wait to hear the news and get it over with, no matter what it is. too many long days have gone by. if they’re mailing out news monday i probably won’t get it until wednesday. more waiting.

It’s nice to think that this time next week, I know where I’ll be the next two+ years of my life (hopefully)…

I’m right there with you guys! Anxiously awaiting my ILR rejection…

yeah i know what you mean. i did some research and found out that a huge majority of ILR transfers are from NY. and even the number of international transfers at ilr is greater than the number of out of state students so im not sure what to expect at this point no matter how qualified applicants are. hoping for the best for us still! :)

I also read somewhere that ILR has a lot of GTs this semester… which obviously thins the application pool.

If we both get in, drinks are on me the first night in collegetown. ;)

I am so with you @box… whatever that letter says, I just want to know already to relieve all this tension! I still hope though that more people are admitted through snail mail.

LOL sad to know so many ppl out there are suffering waiting for this news too. lol yes party if we get in. if not, party elsewhere i guess haha. are you guys waiting to hear back from any other schools? I’m waiting on a handful of schools. this would be my first pick but if it doesn’t work out the other options would be better than my current school.

Wow this is so dumb, I got into CAS but rejected by UNC. One has a 7% acceptance rate and the other is 50% LOL

…and you are complaining because???

I feel you all!! I don’t even know how I lived through the past month or how many times I have dreamed about getting accepted into Cornell! Since I live only an hour away from Ithaca, I visited Cornell during Spring Break and even got myself a Class of 2014 shirt lol. Anyway, good luck to all of us!! :)

I’m waiting on Boston College and was accepted into University of Miami. Cornell is my first choice, but if I am rejected, then I will most likely end up at UMiami. Honestly, that’s not to bad of a second choice for me. I know Miami well and I have friends here and I really like UM so it feels good to know that even without Cornell, I won’t be miserable staying at my current university.

@sliu41 Haha well they have to accept you now for sure! Which college did you apply to?

Hey … I’m an international transfer applicant to AAP.
I’m from India, currently studying interior architecture (5 year program).

Does anyone know what the transfer rate was for AAP last year ?

@James, I’ll trade!! UNC acceptance for a CAS one? ;)
