<p>I wouldn’t focus on it as a target school. A lot of transfer students who do not understand transfer selectivity and fin aid are sorely disappointed.</p>

<p>E.g. last year they accepted 97 / 675 applicants</p>

<p>Only 55 accepted => fin aid is low.</p>

<p>Just as an fyi, the figures mikethechimp gave above are outdated.</p>

<p>According to the College Board, the Transfer admission stats for last year were:
Applied: 986
Admitted: 48
Enrolled: 45</p>

<p>A 4.9% admit rate with a yield 93.8% yield.</p>

<p>Because of the overall increase in applications it is likely the transfer admit rate will be even lower this year.</p>

<p>is this thread still active? i applied as a transfer to UC; still anticipating a response. anyone else freaking out too? really wanna hear back! (with good news, of course ;))</p>
