I hope everyone here get’s their desired results. I can’t wait to check my mail! Though since I’m OOS I don’t expect it to be here.

@Paolaa awesome! I live on the eastside like 15 min from seattle so it HAS to come! I did running start too. Congratulations!! #RunningStarFTW

Actually I am a bit nervous since my gpa is lower…(3.45) but my SAT is close (1760) still, hoping for the best!! I did a lot(200+ hrs) of volunteer in a childcare center and worked in construction management too and played guitar

You’ll definitely get it @NinRash. If you don’t then it’s proof that they send it out in waves

I am sure you’ll be fine! @NinRash! I feel like Running Start helped me get in and I am sure it will help you too! :)

Running Start does seem to be a big help on the app

Congrats!

@UniversityHugger et al, CSE won’t release decisions for another few weeks. No news is normal news. =)

Yeah, it was the very first question on the application…but it makes sense. I think @Paolaa can speak to this too, it isn’t easy leaving behind a lot of friends, teachers, and the entire HS life for college. I am a tiny bit worried my 3.45 gpa is a little low but hopefully the fact that I’m getting my AA helps…fingers crossed!

@LonghornNation buddy I live all the way in India. Imagine when I’d get mine (if I do get anything ie)

Oh man. Yeah that’s a long wait. Why did U-Dub appeal to you all the way from India? @Rusty34

Well my dad’s best friend lives in Seattle and he gave me the option to try out UW. And then I did a lot of research on UW. Got obsessed with it. We’ve all been there, haven’t we? @LonghornNation

I am pretty worried about getting our letters :(

Lol of course. My period was Christmas break. I obsessed like crazy @Rusty34

Does anyone know when they might send out emails for international students?

My mailman can and nothing. Well, that’s to be expected

Out of state student here. Mail already came but nothing from UW…

Any opinions, I have a lower GPA (3.3), but that was because I did not focus freshman year. junior and senior year i took multiple AP classes and got a 3.7 ish gpa. I also got a 33 on the ACT. Do you think that my cumulitive is too low for them to even consider me?

I’m assuming Montana

Could anyone tell me their opinions about my chances?
I didn’t post it in case no one wants to :O

@plzcollege I feel you have a good chance! UW isn’t harvard or anything. They accept 1 of every 2 students on average. You have a good chance…and if it doesnt work out there are so many other schools!

3.706 gpa (but when I applied, it was 3.66)
14 honors/ap classes throughout high school including senior year
2060 sat
good ec’s (volunteer tutor, nhs officer, 4 year varsity including captain senior year, state fbla qualifier, key club, rotary interact)
strong essays
