@rdlp123 I never did anything with IDOC on College Board, and was never asked to. Any idea what that might be about?

@ansci412 IDOC is just what Cornell uses to collect tax information for financial aid. If you didn’t apply for FA, you didn’t need to do it.

@ard1995 I didn’t realize there was a separate application for FA - all I did was submit the FAFSA to them, under the impression that that was how you apply for financial aid. I guess I’ll have to look into that!

I also had a problem with my financial aid to-do list. I called and asked why items were still on my to-do list and the lady said its because they are having a hard time retrieving from IDOC. She said they have everything for me and to ignore the to-do list. Im guessing its the same for your guys as well, so i wouldnt worry

Hey guys… I applied for aid but my Financial Aid to do list shows “No current to do item information found”. I do know what happened

@William95 Did you get in anywhere else? I guess Cornell is my reach School… Not easy to get in

Guys, I just sent a letter to Cornell. The “to whome it may concern” was not capitalized and I had two typos. Am I a goner? Ughhhh

It sucks man…

Interesting website that tells you how many transfer applicants get accepted

I dont think I will be accepted… Do CAS welcome community college students? My community college has transfer guarantee agreement with them… But it is for Civil Engineering Major… Not Physics major. Though many of my courses are aticulated with Cornell

@MYOMOO yeah CAS definitely takes community college students. After all, any person any study!

@rdlp123 You also applied right? Wish you get in Cornell!

@rdlp123 Don’t worry. These e-mails probably go to clerks first, who make notes that go to admission officers…I guess

@MYOMOO I only applied to Cornell and Wharton

@william95 Good Luck with your application. Did you attend the Upenn TSO online meeting? It was very useful

@MYOMOO Thanks! I didn’t actually attend but I read through the chat afterwards. One of the TSO members actually transferred from my current school but not to Wharton. I don’t really expect to get in since they only take ~20 transfers and they’re usually from other Ivies, UChicago, MIT, Stanford, etc. Never know though. Good luck with Cornell and any other schools you applied to!

@hellomia So in 2011 758 men applied in CAS and 64 were accepted. Oh God… bites nails

Yes… I guess Cornell CAS is very very hard to get in

@rdlp123 Hate to be a dick but you spelled “whom” wrong as well. No E there at the end. Hard to say what they will think of that. Good luck

@holdenc Yeah thank God I didn’t spell it like that on the letter. PHEW
