I just submitted my application. Sigh, fingers crossed…

Can it be April/June already?

I have just submitted mine as well.
I have no idea what are my chances since I am an international.
I hope they will be impressed by the fact that strangers donated $17,000 for my education in Northeastern last summer:)

Does anybody know when they start sending out acceptance letters for fall transfers?

@lanbernas late april/early may based on last yr.

man i’m not feeling so good about this. i feel like i just wasted 75 dollars and a bunch of time. we’ll see i guess.

anyone know what’s next? do we got logins?

@chemistryking

After a few days once you apply via the common app and your applications is received by Cornell they will send you an email confirmation with a login id number.

@chemistryking you don’t sound very excited… why didnt you do the essays? other than not completing those you have really strong numbers

@chemistryking are you transferring as a sophomore or a junior?

So the wait begins…

@giantsfan cool, thanks!

@lanbernas
i did the essays)! the common app one and cornell supplement.
i did the cornell supplement last minute but it ended up working out alright - spent all day on it yesterday lol.

lol yeah i was a little bit down last night after looking through last year’s thread. AEM kids with like killer test scores and pretty decent gpa’s from top 30 schools got rejected. i mean who knows though? it’s done so it’s not worth worrying about.

@WildChild627 Hey! I’m from San Diego/Encinitas! Good luck to applying. Nice to see a fellow San Diegan

I’m a student at UCSD right now, even though I’m from Seattle.

Does anybody know if we could do the CSS profile and still get financial aid even though it’s passed the deadline? Also curious did anybody make the same mistake as me and not do the CSS profile yet…

Thanks and best of luck to everyone

Applying: Architecture (School of Architecture, Art, and Planning)

SAT score: ~2000 (Didn’t submit, however)
EC: Phi Theta Kappa, Honors Scholars Program, Boy Scouts, Jobs, Lacrosse
Comments: Interviewed with a local alum on Friday for the Architecture program - it went wonderfully. I left feeling optimistic (overly so, I think). Large emphasis is placed on the portfolio for admission to the CU school of Architecture…Fortunately, my interviewer was especially stoked on my portfolio.

I truly wish you all the best of luck, and hope to see you this fall.

Here’s hoping!

@giantsfan0824 Yes you can still submit the CSS profile to get financial aid, just get it done and submitted as soon as possible

Everyone’s stats look so great!
When they send out decisions depends a little on which school you apply to, judging from last years threads its around April.

Has anyone had their mailed materials checked off yet?
Also something I found unusual- I never reported my SAT scores, but Cornell says they received them… Did this happen to anyone else?

@000AAAaaa Not exactly, but I didn’t send my subject tests and Cornell says they got them. Strange, huh?
