Official Fall 2015 Brown Transfer Thread

@transfer099 I think they will be out Friday the 15th. Last year the 15th fell on a Thursday.

i just logged into my application, and realized that my decision button changed to “Admission decisions are currently not available”, instead of decision button. I just feel that the decisions will be released really soon. btw i had the decision button since mid-march, if not earlier (i submitted my application in early feb.) I think it’s a sign of rejection, b/c i applied for FA.

Decisions are up!
I was waitlisted. Applied for FA.

Accepted! Junior.

Accepted

Waitlisted… Congratulations to all those who got accepted!

waitlisted, Dartmouth bound! Congrats to those who got in!

Rejected. Good luck to future applicants and congratulations to all accepted.

@josh007 @disoriented128 Can you guys login to Brown wiki? Or does it still say not permitted?

Rejected, which I was expecting. I got into my dream school (Columbia) though so off to NYC this fall!

Congrats to all those who got accepted!

Accepted for the spring semester. Didn’t apply for financial aid even though I need it. Now scrambling for scholarships If I’m going to attend. Best of luck to everyone.

Anyone who got accepted-- Does your Brown Wiki still says “not permitted!??”

Yes, mine still says not permitted

Accepted for the Spring Semester! Although I applied for fall…Oh well, UPenn it is!

@meghanee congratulations on Columbia; although I thought decisions aren’t released until after 5pm tomorrow?

Accepted!

my letter says i got in to the spring semester 2016-- but my portal only has the fall 2015 tab. was there a mistake? did i not get in and this is just my nightmare??

also, my brown wiki said i was not permitted.

Accepted

Accepted but for Spring!..anyone know if we can request for the fall? >< In any case I can hardly believe this oh god.

@josh007 I applied through their School of General Studies so I found out via phone call a few weeks ago. I took 2 years off after high school and am transferring from a CC so I figured applying through GS would be my best bet at getting in.
