Has anyone else gotten an email regarding a Skype interview?

@SmartJarhead Nor have I, but, to my knowledge, people have only gotten Yale transfer interviews for special cases. Congrats on getting an interview! Good luck!

Thanks everyone, I did some research and found someone else who got a Skype interview from Yale a few years ago, but he ended up being rejected so I guess it isn’t a big indication of whether you will be accepted or not.
I just found out that applicants to the Eli Whitney program get interviews. I’m a vet but didn’t apply to that program, so I’m assuming this interview is because I qualify for that program and may be considered for it.

@SmartJarhead When will your interview take place? I remember the website says candidates may apply to either the Transfer Program or the Eli Whitney Students Program. They may not apply to both simultaneously.
Did they specify what the interview is for?
@realcheese Hey, the interview took place over Skype on Friday. I’m not being considered for Eli Whitney, they gave me the interview because of my non-traditional background and it was more of a guided discussion/conversation.
