Chapel Hill was initially my first choice as one of the highest ranking colleges I looked into. However, once I visited the campuses in the area, I decided NC State was my first choice. So that’s where’ I’m going.

I went to UCSD UG for 2 years. If you need advice on anything, or anyone heading to NYU, spent my last 2 years there… happy to give it :)

UofOregon

Awaiting:
USC- Annenberg

Found out about Berkeley first. 1st choice, so the rest doesn’t really matter, unless I get full funding @ Annenberg but I won’t hold my breath. Northwestern’s so tempting though, ut $80k in estimated costs for 1 year’s a bit much compared to my in-state tuition @ Berk + Fellowship :D

GREs don’t really matter in my case, so I’m not sharing :P

Graduate Programs in Environmental Health

Accepted:
Yale MPH (full tuition + small stipend scholarship)

Quite a bit of experience-- research/life experience seems to matter a lot in Public Health gradmissions-- and research interests that matched those of the professors in the programs to which I applied.

How did you get in to so many great schools despite the 3.4?

Zombie thread is made of bitcoin.

Where are the results threads with stats?

This is a really old thread. It is hard to have results threads for all the possible disciplines and schools which have graduate programs, unlike for undergraduate admissions.
