<p>I was looking at the manual today (I've got the game but still waiting on the Xbox), and only saw the Warthog and the Tank for the Human vehicles. Wasn't there supposed to be some sort of ATV? Is this unlockable or something, or was it removed?</p>
<p>Also with regard to Xbox Live, is it worth playing without a headset or is the headset a necessity?</p>
<p>they took out the ATV because they said no matter how they tweaked the controls, it wasn't any fun to drive. :/ and im playing it literally from when i get home till midnight :( ahh well, better than homework.
for xbox live, the headset is REALLY helpful for team games. or if you have any friends on there you like to chat with. it would probably get kinda boring (or at least weird) if you don't have a headset cause you can hear what people say but can't respond.</p>

<p>I don't really care for campaign, but the multiplayer is awesome. I just got back from playing at a friend's house with other people through Live.</p>

<p>Halo 2 is an awesome game. I've been playing it and it has lived up to my expectations so far..which is pretty high considering that I expected it to be perfect. But I have had some complaints though..for one thing..the weapons seem kind of similar in the campaign mode..and for multiplayer..the new maps seem too big..and a little similar to the areas in Halo. But sorry guys..I'm not much of a first person shooter so Halo is the most shooting game I will ever play..and I'm not much of an XBox fan..more of a PS2 person..hehe..we got the better Burnout3 =). And cookie monster and thistlepanger..microsoft is seriously ****ed off about the leakage..better be careful..i heard it was a $150000+ fine.</p>

<p>Just got halo 2 tonight and let me say it is phenominal!! The single player is a little bogged down (not as fast play as other levels - for example the 2nd level is a lot like the library of the first one - really long, boring, and not too much action). But the REAL reason I got halo 2 was for the online play and let me tell you it is AWESOME!! No lag whatsoever - games sometimes take a while to start (finding the "perfect match" of a game automatically on Bungie's/Microsoft's servers), but the gameplay is smooth. A lot of fun game types as well - and the learning curve online is about an hour, if that. If you have XBoxLive, get Halo 2. My gamertag is TeamTwin (yes I have a twin!) so if you want to add me to your friends list just send me a voice message saying you are from CC.</p>
