@Hogwartsbound I am pretty sure you can’t view them before, you just have to RUSH them directly, but I don’t know

So I sort of failed at the who Score Choice thing, and I sent all of my scores rather than just my highest. Is that going to matter?

@waliaftermath I don’t think so. As I metioned before, you have the same chance as you would have for regular decision.

@Jaysha It doesn’t matter that much, unless you have something in the 500s.

@jaysha-Do you mind posting your scores? It would allow us to give a better answer. But in general I don’t think it matters that much.

Plus I think the Harvard statisticians calculate your highest SAT’s anyways before giving a folders to the admission officers isn’t it?

To others, for early admission, the CSS profile is due on November 1st right. And if it is, do the other tax returns, etc have to be mailed directly to the Harvard financial aid office?
Also, does Harvard have a financial aid supplement? Many ivies such as UPENN do but does Harvard?

Is the CSS profile the only financial aid form with need to send in by Nov 1st? We don’t have to send tax reports unless we own a farm or something, right?

Whoa whoa whoa, there’s something other than the CommonApp + Supplement we have to send to Harvard by November 1st?

What’s this “CSS profile” thing?

^ It’s only if you’re applying for financial aid.

What is the Profile Institutional Questions pdf? Should we submit it along with the CSS form?

Never mind. I found it.

But my question now is this:

How much of this CSS profile thing on CB do we have to complete?

This. Since my family obviously hasn’t filed income tax forms for '11 yet, do we just wait until we have, or submit what we filed in '10 (as the site suggests)?

I’m confused. Does everyone send a compy of the income tax papers, or just people who own a farm, etc?

^Just the people with farm/business/other.

See this: [Application Instructions](http://www.fao.fas.harvard.edu/icb/icb.do?keyword=k51861&pageid=icb.page244003)

Okay, thanks! Just checking

Just clicked that yellow button…so nerve-wracking

fill me in on the CSS Profile anyone?

See the link I posted in post #112. Basically, it’s a financial aid thing where your parents (ideally) fill in lots of information about your family and its finances. Like everything the College Board runs, it costs money, but Harvard (and many other private institutions) require the CSS Profile for financial aid.

The CSS Profile for EA applicants is due by November 1st, and from what my parents have been saying, it seems like a pretty lengthy process. If you haven’t told your parents yet, sooner than later would be a wise choice.

DONE!!..except one of my teachers still has to submit his rec…D:

I need to think of something witty to put down for the “Why do you want to attend Harvard?” portion of my Harvard Interview Prep Sheet. Something beyond, because I would like to pursue the best education possible. hmmmm…

Anyone else having this dilemma? :)

For those who have already been contacted for interviews, when did you submit your application? I submitted mine on the 12th and have not yet been contacted.

^Dude, I submitted mine on Monday and I got contacted today O_o
And now I’m freaking out because I’m supposed to meet with my Congressman this Saturday, and the email said they want to interview me on Saturday, and everything is conflicting, and I don’t know if Harvard will let me reschedule…

My whole brain is crying. :’(

I submitted on the 10th and haven’t heard anything about interviews. Not terribly worried about it, to be honest.
