^Nope; my tracking site says that everything’s complete. Give the SAT scores a few more days to show up, though.

@314159265 - When did you send in your app?

Collegeboard doesn’t seem to electronically send the final result until later. I submitted mine the 15th, and upon checking the SAT website, I saw that they were submitted the 28th. Either way, since the admissions committee is willing to accept November SAT scores, I’m sure that if yours (or anybody’s) are only unofficial for a while it’ll be fine.

Ok, I just checked and it said my SAT scores were sent, but Harvard hasn’t gotten my scores yet.Aaargh . .my school hasn’t even sent my papers in yet

Do you think the snow storm will affect when they get the applications? It could, if stuff closes down.

October 14th.

Just submitted my SCEA application! It feels as though I’ve just been released from a great burden. :)

We sent in the SAT scores a couple of weeks ago, but do you have to send in an official copy of your AP scores?

@siriuset - As long as you self-reported the AP scores, you don’t need to send in an official report.

Thanks very much!

Should I be freaking out?

Collegeboard sent them, but Harvard hasn’t gotten my SAT scores yet

One of my teachers didn’t upload his LOR yet

My school sends the transcript, etc. . . by snail mail and hasn’t sent it in yet

Harvard says my application fee is “Pending”

You should be worried, yes but freaking out won’t solve the problem.

1). SAT scores take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to become official (in other words, for Harvard to receive them).
2). The blame certainly lies with him but what were the circumstances behind this? Perhaps he can still submit it and you can explain it to Harvard? I’m sure they would understand. If it was pure carelessness, then shouldn’t it be the onus on you to well “encourage” the teacher to submit it soon. When did you tell the teacher you need a recommendation?
3). When was the transcript post dated? If it’s November 1st or before, take a deep breath and calm down. You’re fine.
4). Did you actually submit the fee? I’m assuming you have. Send them the email or call the admissions office. I believe it takes them close to a week to process all documents including payments so I think you’re fine here as well.

Hello, everyone! I just happened to come across this thread and decided I needed to join CC and this little community:) I really like this, and I wish all of you the best when decision letters come. I sent in my app sometime in September, but I had been waiting for my teachers to upload their recs all the way until Thursday, ayayay. Ridiculous. I interviewed about a month ago, and, since then, it’s been a waiting game. If accepted, I plan to major in VES, specifically with concentration in Film Production. I received a 33 on my first ACT, and my family didn’t have enough money to pay for SATs, so that’s all I sent in. Well, that’s a little background on me… I felt like I needed to share that. Anyway, best of luck to you all!

BY THE WAY,
@314159265 -I live in the IE, too! I’m from Rancho Cucamonga. You?

Weird. It looks as though Harvard hasn’t yet downloaded my application (not even the recommendations, which are all completed at this point), even though I sent in everything (including ordering my transcript from my school). It’s been like this for a couple of days. Is this normal, or should I give them a bit more time?

Presumably, my counselor mailed the SSR and her recommendation last Tuesday. I know the SSP is supposed to have the transcript attached, but at my school, we have to order transcripts separately to be mailed through the registrar (and I ordered mine on Tuesday, so it went out on Wednesday.)

The website still says they haven’t received my SSR yet. Should I be concerned or could the delay possibly be due to the snowstorm? (Also, the SSP and transcript were the only paper parts of my app…could there have been an issue because I didn’t send them electronically like everything else?)

Riverside.

Everything is noted as complete on my S common app except for one of his teacher LORs. However, navience says that the teacher uploaded the lor last week. Is this a common issue between navience and the C app?

^Has he received the access code for tracking his application through Harvard?

Just submitted mine a few hours ago. The extracurricular essay (the last thing I had to complete) was being a bugger an’ all. Hell, it took me two days to write something acceptable.

Now I’m scared, because I didn’t pay until today either. Someone, qualm my fears.

Just submitted mine. It should be an interesting ride. :)

Never mind; application was just downloaded. Everybody go post in the pledge thread now! (that is, if you pledge to report your decision ;))
