<p>Not sure. They never told me what nationality they adopted at the time of application. Let's look at it this way: the one applying from VN is of course VNmese. The two from SGP are almost certainly VNmese, b/c they only stay in SGP like a couple of years. The US one is the troublesome kid. S/He may be either American, alien or VNmese immigrant or other status. So VNmese nationality in the admission context is a combination of parentage, residence and official status. Is that okay?</p>
<p>does anybody know whether they look favorably upon dual citizenship, as opposed to strictly foreign or US? in my case, US and French. for many others, chinese/US, indian/US etc....
or rather, how would you be "classified"?</p>
