Rejected (I live in the Midwest). Harvard really was my dream school, but I’ve got a full ride to the college I’m going to so no harm done!

Can someone make a list of who was on the waitlist and who just got in / rejected
Does anyone know roughly how many people are rejected from the waitlist?
@waitlist123 No one really knows. harvard doesn’t release the amount of people initially on the waitlist and the amount who are accepted from the waitlist each year varies. its safe to assume that roughly 1000 accept a spot on the waitlist and roughly this year, 930 will be rejected and 60-70 will be accepted (there was a crimson article confirming the “60-70” figure earlier in the thread).

To be clear, if you’d been removed from the waitlist, the notification would be where the “An update to your application was last posted March 31” was?
Rejected. Seattle. I can finally stop refreshing this page at least four times a day and move on.
The people with no update might be still under consideration for a next round.

A friend of mine on the waitlist wants to know what the rejected message looks like. He’s been trying to log into his portal but it won’t work.

just spoke to my daughter, her classmate got off the Harvard waitlist. Classmate positioned herself as International student from Israel even she’s local here in bay area.
