Still no update. Also, the email I sent yesterday asking when the decisions would next be released was answered with “we cannot release that information now.” Ugh waitlists…
Unfortunately, I was taken off of the waitlist. I’m headed to New Haven to study at Yale University this fall!! Good luck to everyone with your college pursuits!

I think Round 2 will most likely be Friday. They will spend the whole day calling all the people…
I know someone who has the SAME major as me and lives in the same city as me. She declined the offer last round, do I have a chance to get the offer this time? But she is a female I am a male so I do not know how they do it
She turned it down? Why?

also @marioharvy i think that at this point they are not filling in spots by major as there are so few kids left to admit… figuring the majority of people change their major from the one they put down on their application i don’t think harvard is really trying to get those three extra kids into the economics major… good luck to you!!!

Congrats guys this thread is now longer than last year’s wait list thread!
Apparently last years waitlist had to wait until mid June before all results came out. Do you guys think we’ll have to wait this long?
@mermaidprincess I am thinking so, because after each round we have to wait a week and then another weekend for the decisions
For example
May 15th 2015 this year decisions came out, 1 week to respond
Next Friday deadline tor respond
Next week for the committee to find another group of waitlisters to notify
then that Friday respond
its like each round is two weeks!

Has anyone called the office today to see if tomorrow is the day they’ll be making offers, or if it’s the day they
return to committee to make selections? Will they let us know how many spots they are looking to fill and if they are looking for “like-matches”?

Ok so I just called
they said they have 70 or more seats available
seems they may have dropped in yield for the past few weeks!?!?
Also he said they will be giving offers in the upcoming week but each person on the harvard phone call always says something different…
