CLASS OF 2012 <3 wow, I can’t believe this.
My summer plans are to stick around the house…
I need to look at colleges and study for the SATs and ACTs.
Of course, I’m going to spend time with friends too :)

I’m too poor and distant from every college I want to go to to visit, otherwise I’d do that, or go on vacation with my family somewhere. D: I haven’t done much so far other than volunteer at a few places and job hunt (unsuccessfully). Studying for SAT IIs/SAT/ACT also, and I have to do summer assignments for some of my classes next year, plus I’ve got an online class to finish. And work out as well, I’ve been meaning to do that for a while. :P

I’m just sitting around, hanging out, writing some college essays. Luckily I’ve finished all my SAT/ACT/SAT 2 exams so I’m just preparing for senior year college apps and classes.

I finished my college essays. I’m going to start summer assignments and studying in advance for more difficult APs because I have quite a few next year.

It’s this weird thing in my family where the males like donuts, but the females don’t. I’ve never understood it. Plus, I don’t like really sweet foods.

Weird. Everyone in my family loves sweets.
Especially me. My mother always makes waaaaaaaaaaaaay too spicy food,
so sweetness is kinda necessary.

My mother doesn’t make her food spicy enough for me because the family can’t handle it. Her eyes teared up eating hot fries once. I always have to go to the supermarket to buy my own spicy food. When I make it on my own, my father always screams, “Dang, little lady! Even my eyes can smell the spicy! Tone it down a little, or cook somewhere else.”

Lol! You’re like the exact opposite of me! Whenever I cook, my mom complains it’s too bland and has to add a ton of chili powder to it. Not to mention I can’t make the spicy Indian food my mother makes to save my life. It always ends up tasting kinda Mexican.

can’t believe I’m a senior. Don’t really feel adult or mature…

Am the the only one freaking out about college apps? I looked at all the supplements from years past and I don’t think any of these extra questions or essays will show me in a favorable light… And each school has different teacher recommendation forms? I thought the teacher could just write one and send it to all the schools? UGHHHHHHH
