Please post stats, location, and mailing method if you got a reply and you are an international applicant!

thx!

Do not do it... No. I do not want to be rejected. NO.
I want to wait for infinity ;).

Just kidding. I am simply preparing myself for transfer admission to MIT.
Since I stoped to believe at all...

jpsi

why do u say that? mit transfer is very very hard... u wont get rejected......

I know it is very very very hard.

I will pass GRE subject tests in 90th percentile. I will be making research for next one year and a half, or at least one year. I really love science, but I was not seeking for honors, so I do not have any significant competitions! :( :( :( I have my knowledge and abilities, I can conduct research, but they won't believe me. My researches were cheap and do not look impressive, there are a lot of good ideas, but there is nothing like 'Brca1 gene supression, by place-specific recombination... etc'. It is only ethology, physics.

Damn, they should appreciate that I can do research almost without money!
I made such an effort, finding ways to reduce funds...

Or I will try transferring to JHU, and then to MIT for graduate studies, and hence I would get a job at MIT :).

uh great idea with intl Ed roster!

though we'll have to bump it once in a while, i'm not expecting anything until Tuesday (although i WILL call tomorrow, just to.. you know... try)... and tuesday if it's good news, if not...:(

so: bump!

eeesh the wait is so long for you guys! but a neat little fedex package sounds lovely. Good luck!

i heard they dont use fedex, but DHL, which is the same sorta thing.. i checked online.. it says to Canada should be one business day... i think this might even be faster than some american mails to the west....

oooh that's nice. DHL is really good, I think it's replacing fedex.

how are they gonna deliver if i live in an apartment :(

Hey Princetonwannabe, I'm not sure if you saw my reply, but my AIM sn is in my prstats. What's yours?

thx.. i added u.. mine is xin1987

Monday afternoon, nothing yet

the conciseness says it all, astrix... I know how you feel.

I'll call this afternoon, just to talk with them...
I'm boiling though: a froshfriend from Pton just came back to romania, and a few months ago he told me he might find out sooner than me (his friend's girlfriend works at the AdOff).. I told him NO WAY he tell me the big news, "i don't wanna know"... but now he's so close, and i can't resist... must call... must... find out...

aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

PW, how do u know they're using DHL this year? Btw, just now I called FedEx office in my city and they said there's no letter sent to me from Princeton University around Dec 10. I just hope it's really DHL, not FedEx... (fingers crossed)

wow pavalon. i wish i had connections. find out about me too, will ya ;)

yea, and i wish i hadn't any.... i called him a few times, but he's sleeping: he's still in the "old" timezone:D... but i hope he'll get up in a few hours: i want him to tell me he doesn't know anything :) ... i just couldn't handle rejection/deferral if a friend told me... just couldn't...

but if he does know, i will ask him about a certain astrix :) i'm sure he had no pb memorizing like 2000 names+10 favourite nicks for each name :)

and the result for each of them, ahem :D

but of course!

Well, my friend called just after the FedEx guy left... he didn't know. It was the most pleasant coincidence...
I'm still under shock! In the best possible way...

love you all!!

:) :)

Again, CONGRATULATIONS!
