does anyone remember the first critical reading section if u had the black and white cover and it went like

does anyone remember the specific stuff in this test?

Essay (discovery)
Math (includes SPR questions)
Writing (the one about antartica)
Reading (includes 2 long passages) (i have no clue what these passages were)
Equating (the one that doesn't count toward your score) ( i had a CR experimental but i dont remember what it was)

Math (dont remember any specifics)
Reading (dont remember any specifics)
Math (dont remember any specifics)
Reading (dont remember any specifics)
Writing ( the 10 question, sentence correction)

oh i had that test form.
but somehow I don't remember anything. sorry

On the Georgia passage, was "double standard" one of the answers?

the last WS question

Beaches are often overrun by sewage, which can last for several days.

Why can that not be right? It's the SEWAGE that lasts for several days

No, it's the condition of pollution that lasts for several days.

The right answer had semi-colon.

Yes, the correct answer was E, the one with a semicolon. What was the answer to the last "identify the error" question? It was the one about the Gazette. I said B, since i think it need "has lost", not just "lost". Anyone remember what I'm talking about?

Yep, Darkruler.

You got it right. I was definitely the "lost" part that was incorrect.

There was one about some author that confused me:

It was something like "In writing for fives years, .... "

It sounded weird to me.

Ooops

*it

Which question was that?

Crap, you may be right. It was certainly an odd sentence.

I think that's what I put too. Was that the equating section?

maybe, i don't remember it.

do any of you remember a sentence completion with aggrandize as one of the answer choices? or am i completely out of my mind.

What was the full question about the "has lost" question?

Does anyone remember if "ostentatious" was the answer to one of the sentence completion questions? That was one I guessed on.

The last WS question had to be the semicolon because otherwise "which can last for several days" modifies "ocean", which isn't right.

"Lost" had to be "has lost" because I remember there was a "since" in there, which means you have to put it in the perfect tense.

The thing about the author I believe was no error. Some of it might have sounded weird but I think it was grammatically correct. Anyone have the full sentence? It was something about a biographer who made himself immortal right?

I don't remember aggrandize or ostentatious. Those may have been in the experimental section.

I remember ostentatious as a choice to an answer (I didn't have CR experimental). I'm 90% sure it wasn't the answer.

OH i think it was that question about the kids who were BLANK in the morning, but they began to talk and laugh a lot as time progressed.

The answer was reticent, which I got wrong. I THINK ostentatious was one of the choices, but I might be 1000000% wrong.

Yeah it wasn't in a CR experimental. I don't remember the question, but I remember guessing that as the answer. Does anybody remember the question?

ya, i remember reticent

i put ostentatious as well but that night when i went home i checked the dictionary and reticent was the answer
