Official January US History Thread

No what was the question?

Oh and for the Populist one...i chose that it had many impractical ideas or something, is that wrong?

No, I put a blind guess in on Roosevelt Corollary....E, maybe? Populist, pretty sure your right.

For the Roosevelt Corellary, I said that it gave US the power to intervene in Latin American affairs.

it was between that one and good neighbor policy but i think i picked that one.

yeah thats definitely correct for the corollary question, what about the monroe doctrine question? i put D, i think, A and D were close but I put D.

dont really remember that question sorry

For the Monroe Doctrine I was stuck between that US and Britain both confirmed their power and that it was declared by US "unilaterally." I forgot which one I bubbled in but I think the first choice was right because Britain promised to help US if any of the Old Powers tried to imperialize the W. Hemisphere. That one was tricky..

declared unilaterally. positive. I read it in AMSCO

Sweet- goddamn, i keep forgetting the questions...

If the Sparknotes generalized grading curve for US History is accurate, I most definitely got an 800.

That was a lot easier than I expected!

^^

I know! I felt like the test was seriously easier than the practice tests I have taken on SAT US History. Very odd.

whats the sparknotes projected curve?

Here is the Sparknotes projected curve chart -

SparkNotes: SAT Subject Test: U.S. History: Scoring and the SAT II U.S. History

Bump (10 char)

What did you guys put for the topic of the... 1920(ish) Art Exhibition that caused controversy?

Choices were like transcedentalists, cubists, romantics...

It was cubists.
