<p>I didn’t apply anywhere after high school because I did absolutely awful in high school, and my first semester at PVCC I got a 2.2 and almost dropped out, but then I got motivated and took Summer classes to help me graduate this May and I started getting all A’s and B’s and last semester I even finished out with all A’s. Anyway, I only want to go to JMU because it’s close and actually very good for academics, not to mention I’ve already based my courses on going there for Economics. I want to live off campus, I don’t think dorm-life is really for me haha. </p>
<p>By the way, on this other thread I’m on, it seems as if the regular decision kids are getting their decisions mailed out this week or early next week; we may find out next week!</p>
<p>Nice! Determination and improvement. Yea, JMU’s education is good and its not as expensive compared to other VA universities. And their business school is especially good. The wait is so nerve-wracking…</p>

Yeah I keep refreshing my email in hopes that they at least notify us about when our admissions will be up; I don’t see why they can’t just tell us. This is causing me some serious stress because it’s like waiting by the hour.</p>
<p>I hope so…but they emailed the freshmen a while back and they still haven’t heard from admissions. Maybe they’re checking to see if they input admits, denies, and waitlists correctly? I wish JMU did rolling admissions. I know…it makes the days go by so slow…</p>
<p>@WeWillSeeIGuess Well last year I was denied admission so I went to Longwood Unversity. JMU is my dream school and I wanted to apply again.</p>

<p>Hi, guys. Just wanted to tell you that I spoke with someone about transfer applications yesterday and she told me that she expected them to be released at the end of next week or early the following week, but that she was confident it would be next week. Almost there!</p>
