I don't think everyone here has the same IQ. Some could have a little trouble in math, and might wonder how you came up with 19 as the median. I was simply telling them the procedure.

that is kind of you

This is the ACT thread? no????

Ok, I'm here to talk about ACTs, not hear some argument, so please just drop it, we have better things to do.

it takes a person 2 seconds to say whats in between 18 and 20... writing out 18+20=38/2= 19 is merely tedious, and shows that one can not think creatively

But she was correct. I'm not in this debate at all; I'm just saying that Sophie has a point.

Sophie, stop being a *****

"one can not think creatively?"

He was just explaining the formal method used to calculate the problem. It has nothing to do with creativity

it has everything to do with creativity

and i dont like being called ignorant because i dont think i am

Sophie from your posts all I have to say is...SUCK IT UP.

no one is perfect.

ANYWAYS....so...I was wondering

On the science section, what did people get for the soil table thingy? That's one that I had a little trouble with.

what was the question earth-dragon?

people skills are non existant over the internet for most people, as you yourself said, emotions can not be shown over the web

for the soil does anyone remember the answer to why they heated up the particles..was it to keep the particles from sticking together and from sticking from the filters?

Yes, it was.

emotions have nothing to do with people skills. knowing what is and is not appropriate and the ability to admit when you are wrong do.

was there another answer choice to that problem that had something to do with sticking together?

Hmm...There was one about porosity...and arg, I don't really remember the question, so I was wondering if anyone else did

SophieC, im guessing you have a lot of growing up to do. but if this is as good as it gets, all i can say is, i really am sorry for you. but, excel and earthdragon are right; this is an ACT chat and what we are talking about has nothing to do with the test. im not going to indulge you anymore.

Getting back to the ACT: I also put that it was to keep them from sticking to each other and the screen; since they were filtering it, they would want everything dry and separate.

I know I put something on the lines of sticking together but my memory sucks!

I hate how you only remember the problems the you definetly got wrong!!!!!!

so yea did you guys get alot of C's in the reading section...I hardly got any!!!!!!

I got many A/F on the english section
