Official June 4th SAT - Math Experimental

For the haiku one, I put for the refute question that itd be if someone said that the author couldnt understand the symbols but others could because that seemed the most direct. Also for that one about the haiku symbols i put the one about enunciating. The one i had trouble with was the one about the first examples of poems, like nature one. I put trite but monotomous and cynical were possibilities and I heard others put that. Any thoughts on that one?

For the paining one, the peacemaker's response, I put that the scientific/technical stuf would back up his claim. For the guy who admitted to it, for one question i put transition between dramatic admission and philosophical explanation. For his explanation i put that he was emphasizing the argument used which he didnt agree with.

One question was about what "held" meant, i randomly remember that. There was a short passage about connecting experiences through writing and the one right after was about Native American rights. I got establishing a basis for the first question on that and there was some choice about the legislative and judicial branches.

for the passage on extraterrestrials, are you sure he was dismissive, it seemed like he was just "describing something unusual" since he never really said he doesnt' believe it and just gave opinions of others and what they do cuz i defnitely put that choice down "describing something unusual'' or something like that

the answer was "considered" for held and "trite" for the haiku, rite??

Anyone get the version with these critical reading passages?

Astronaut communication
Traveling alone vs. traveling with companion
Asian lady and calligraphy
Study on human behavior

what was the last math gridin question that the answer was 5/8 to?

something about half a cup of milk and 3/4 cup flour? and how much do you have to add of flour if if you do 3/4 cup milk and half a cup flour instead, to maintain the ratio?

albertfermat1, thats what I got but I'm not sure if its right although I think the considered one is. There was also one about the meaning of "old" concerning the monkey in the painting one that I got traditional for. Oh and for that passage, for him asking the question i put solicitaing factual info but there was another one about calling attention to the error or something that I thought it could be.

ahhh, I said 9/8 the total amount you need...so dumbb

YES!! Finally! someone seems to have the same test as me. All the other posts, I only recognize one or two of the questions, and the rest i'm like '***'.

it was "pointing out a discordant thing", not solicitng info

anyone know the answer to my question earlier about hte dismissal vs description of something unusual?????? for hte alien passage

anyone know what -6 is like on math? will i at least break 700?:O

i put dismmissal of something unusual...anyone else?

i mean description LOL..., because the rest didnt make sense...rikataka or neone else wanna confirm/disprove that...also what was the other answer choice for that one (the one about dismissal)?

i remember putting description of something unusual as well :) .. can't remember the other choices, though.

phew, earlier u guys were like DISMISSAL not DESCRIPTION, haha that changes the tone dratsically

oh btw what does "prudence" mean, theres like 3 definitions.. which applied to the passage ( i got htat question wrong haha)

it mean cautious

"it was "pointing out a discordant thing", not solicitng info"

Why though? Because he asked the question as if he was leading him towards that but it wasnt directly about it. The guy followed with factual information and then he pointed out the discordant information. Solicit in my dictionary says asking repeatedly or earnestly for a seek or invite and that still makes sense to me. I think its a tricky question, im not sure what the answer is.

Oh and thanks for the description correction, I was afraid I had skipped the question or something because i didnt remember a dismissive at all. Big change there.

the haiku with the symbols was "trite", rite?
