How to get your scores early:
1) Log in to your ACT student account
2) Go to "My Test Dates and Scores"
3) Click June ACT
4) Write down or copy the numbers at the end of the URL (your ACT ID)
5) Go to the homepage
6) Replace the homepage url with this:
javascript:displayWindow('actibeCTsdScoresPrt.jsp?pdf.x=1®Id=xxxxxxxx',800,800)
7) Replace the X's with your ACT June ID
8) Remove any spaces in the URL and you may need to retype "javascript:" (no quotation marks) at the beginning of the URL because sometimes it will dissapear after copy and pasting it

9) Press enter

FAQ:
1) Why does it say null? Your test status MUST be "tested" and not "registered" for this to even work. If it does say "tested", then you need to make sure that you put the javascript URL in correctly
2) Do I need to have already taken the ACT? NO - you can see your scores even if this is your first ACT

Guys I just wanted to say, to those who have taken the writing portion, that the scores will not be up yet, even though it shows as “Tested”.
I’m sure they will in a couple of days.
Good luck guys, take it easy! :)

Not sure if that’s true for everyone. I took ACT with writing in February and I was able to view my scores (including my writing score) 10 days later. Check it anyway!

For those of us that took writing and can’t get scores yet, what do the curves look like? Praying to the Seven

ONE MORE WEEK! GAH! I had to guess on some of the reading… :(

English: 31 (94th percentile)
- Usage/Mechanics: 17
- Rhetorical skills: 15
Math: 28 ( 91st percentile)
- Pre-Alg/Elem. Algebra: 16
- Algebra/Coord. Geometry: 13
- Plane Geometry/Trig.: 15
Reading: 33 (97th percentile)
- Social Studies/Sciences: 16
- Arts/Lit: 18

Those are my scores (no info for science) and subscores. Not sure if you can gauge the curve from that or not.

I think english and math curves were fair. Reading seems normal.

I did writing, was tested, and tried the glitch. Every category said “null”, so I assume that scores are not yet available for those who did writing.

Is “transaction could not be completed at this time” a firewall issue?

Wait, never mind. I had entered it incorrectly. I did it again (correctly) and it said that my scores were not available at this time. This suspense is killing me!

Can anyone estimate the curves for the high end of scores (35-36)?

Jay, did you do better or worse than you had thought? Were your scores close to what you had thought, based on difficulty?

I hope my essay is good. I literally like destroyed my fingers writing it.

I went from a 32 to a 34 with diddly squat studying.

I’m really really happy. Thanks for the glitch instructions!

Jo, did you do better or worse than you had thought?

I expected them to be about what I got. I was surprised to see that English was only 31 considering how easy that test was. The curve must have been harsher for English. Science and math were still pretty low, but that’s those topics are just weak areas for me. Overall, I improved two points from February.

It felt really good when I came out of the test. I knew I had gotten a good score, but not quite a 34. I was expecting in the 30’s, and I was hoping for something higher than 32 (because that is what I had received in February.)

So, I guess I did better than I had thought. I guess it is kind of untrue when I say I didn’t study at all. I “studied” with other standardized tests I had been taking around this time (AP, SAT Subject) so I was ready for the “standardized” part of the test.

I think we got a massive math curve lol.

I got:

English 35
Math 35
Reading 34
Science 36

35 cum
Do you think I should retake it to try to go for the 36?

I need a 33 but want a 34,35… Hopefully English(worst) is really good. I’m hoping for English 30+, Reading 30+, Math 35+, Science 33+

You are so close to the 36. If you don’t mind spending another morning (or a couple, depending on how badly you want that 36,) or paying for another test (or tests,) then go for it. Bragging rights are yours; whether you have a 35 or a 36, you did fantastic.
