Official June SAT II US History Thread

The immigration graph one...what were the anwsers to that, i can't even remember what i put down for it.

What was Hamilton's clause he used to justify the bank?

congregationalist was government had little distinction btwn church and state, right?

i'm pretty sure new lights were emotional because the old lights disapproved of the passionate revivals with people rolling in the walkways with religious ecstasy or something like that

elastic for hamilton

less immigration during wars

drflet- this weather is insane, don't you think? I think only people in colorado consider it "insane" when it rains for two days, but what can i say- it's weird!

marshall plan was economic recovery for europe.
for the photo I put domestic duties also.

what was that other photo one, with the house? That one confused the heck out of me.

hamilton used the clasue of implied and necessary rights

What did you all get on practice tests? I got 720's and 730's consistently on the sparknotes but I thought this test was way harder than any of the ones in that book. How 'bout you guys?

What was the difference between AFL and KoL? I can't believe I forgot this one...

Hamilton justified the bank with the necessary and proper clause.

no the 2nd great awakening dealt with emotional issues, and new lights were with the first awakening...

Hamilton was the neccessary and proper clause

vegangirl- I miss the sunshine. But everything is nice and green.

The house was something about the financial wellbeing about the owners.

was an answer like people moved to the sunbelt???

for the difference between AFL and knights of labor I put that the AFL fought for economic issues...but I wasn't entirely sure.

oh yeah vegan girl I'm vegan too...we're awsome

haha

YAY VEGANS!

Photo one I put that the rich Americans wanted to be acciociated with the European Aristocracy because the time period was the late 19th century ( I believe) and because none of the others really seemed to fit, I figured the robber barrons liked to look... royal?

what was the difference between AFL and Knights of Labor? was it the strike or the economic vs. political reasoning?

dan- the question was like, "what area experienced a large population growth in the '70s and '80s?" right? and i think the sunbelt was right.

i dont remeber this congregationalist question can some1 rephrase the question for me

oh yeah the 1975-1985 one was hard...i guessed ( igot rid of 3 anwsers) and putthe moving to big cities...i had no clue!

AFL had unskilled and skilled laborers, unlikeother unions

i put 3,5,7,8 because russia was 9 and definitely was on the us' side in wwi.

i was so surprised at the easiness, especially since everyoen said that the SAT II was harder than the ap.

no the Knights of Labor had unskilled and skilled workers...which is why they failed as a union (also with the haymarket bombing)

the AFL was very restrictive of who they let in ...like only skilled workers
