Official June SAT Subject Test Score Thread

Okay, I kinda need help on this one:

790 Chemistry
660 Physics
800 Math II (from January)

Obviously, the Physics score speaks for itself. My planned major probably doesn’t involve Physics (more Bio/Chem), but I took the Physics Subject Test since this past year my science class was Physics. Ugh…I shoulda just stuck with Math and Chem. But for now, should I retake just the Physics test in October to show improvement (since I think I can do 750+)? For reference, my SAT is 2200, which I’m okay with. Help would be most appreciated :P

@Agggron: That’s a pokemon name, right xD? Anyway, unless you have to send 3 subject tests, I’d say be done with them already! Those are more than amazing scores!

720 us history
730 physics
780 math 2

I’m not going to retake, I’m pretty satisfied with these, seeing as most school are fine with 700+ :)

@ AzureStar: Thanks for your opinion! I was looking to apply early for Stanford, in which they recommend two Subject Tests. Their undergraduate requirements state that:

“Applicants may also selectively submit whichever SAT Subject Test scores they choose, as those scores are not required for admission.”

Which means I can opt to only show my Math and Chem scores, right? I wasn’t sure because I know a lot of colleges don’t accept Score Choice to hide SAT/ACT scores.

And yeah, Aggron is a Pokemon but on other websites his name was taken, so I added another ‘g’. :P

760 on World History… was honestly expecting an 800, thought I totally aced it.

790 - US
780 - Lit
730 - Bio E

800 in Math II (Yay! :D)
710 in Chem (Better than I thought after lots of stupid mistakes  )

Which schools would the 710 be worth retaking for, if any?

800 Math II
790 Chem
780 USH

For schools like MIT and Caltech, would it be necessary to retake Chem? Or does it not matter anymore at a certain point?

haha you do NOT need to retake chem. you’re above a 750 i think thats pretty darn good.
i got…
760 us history
650 lit
should i send in my lit score? i’m not applying to harvard, but would that hurt me at schools like colgate?

770 US History
700 Lit

planning to retake lit and take Bio E/M

770 Chem
750 Spanish (nonnative)

Mildly pleased/disappointed…

800 Chem
800 Maths II
780 Bio M (i didnt study bio for 6 months, and we never did ecology/plant biology)

Should I selfstudy Bio M and resit? I’m an Australian international going for Ivy League.

800 Physics
800 Math II

Completely, completely shocked. I’ve never done that well on a physics practice.

Leaves me with three 800s total, so … no more SATs ever again!

800 on the math II. I was so happy, finally scores are working (somewhat) in my favor.

Quick question, can anyone see their older scores on the collegeboard website? Mine aren’t appearing…

790 Lit
760 US History

I thought I did a lot better on history, but I also thought I could have done a lot worse on lit, so all and all I’m pretty pleased.

Sent from my Droid using CC App

I got 710 on Biology E Subject SAT in June. I’m planning to retake it in November since I’d like to take my SAT 1 in October. Would it be a good idea to retake it or is it a good enough score for UCs and Ivy League schools? My goal is to get into an integrated medical program. Please input! Ty.

just hardwork

800 Math 2
800 Chem
800 Physics

Math II 800
Chem 750
Spanish 630
Can I hide my spanish score from schools like Ivies and are the other’s good enough?

How do you up your bio e score? Just tons of practice tests or do you need to like memorize all the little things like enzymes and their functions or what? What prep books or combination of prep books are the best to study with? Thanks!

750 World History :)
