<p>National Merit does not publish a list of all semifinalists. Press releases are sent to local papers of local semifinalists which the newspapers may choose or not choose to publish.</p>
<p>Ummm, actually they do. National Merit publishes a book with over 90 pages of names. It goes alphabetically by state, then alphabetically by towns/cities where schools of winners are located. I've held it in my hands...NM sent it to my principal, so I imagine they send one to your principals too.</p>
