frank01 how did you create an account?

I went to Fordham University Login - powered by FordhamIT Then I clicked on "Click Here to claim your AccessIT ID and set your password" and then I entered in the information, it then gave me my AccessIT ID and I was able to login.

This probably means nothing though guys.

ya i just did that and it worked. but i do hope it means something and also are we allowed to do this. i mean like create and account even though we are not sure if we got in or not?

I was asked by Fordham to make one of those accounts so I could access the financial aid forms (which the urgently needed...)

I'm pretty sure you can't create an account if you're not in the system, because I accidentally kept putting the wrong SSN and it said they had no record of me. But whether or not they put all applicants in the system, or just accepted ones, I don't know. But I got in, so maybe. (Can't say that enough =] )

o ok thanks. i hope its only accepted students

I can sign in but i still haven't gotten by admissions decisions. but im guessing this means nothing as i have been able to sign n for a couple months now.

Thanks javaid. I guess that confirms that it means nothing.

Hey, those of you who have gotten accepted...was your letter in a big or small envelope?? lol Fordham is the last school im waiting to hear from and its also my top choice/reach. I doubt i'll get in but...hey a girl can dream right?? haha

yayclass: I doubt it. It may have just been because I'm from Texas? Maybe they only notify kids who live far enough away the mail will take a few days? I have no idea.

It comes in a large envelope. Inside is a red folder with the congratulation letter and a few documents :] Good luck!

nJ718, did you get the email from them?

got accepted today. no email. just a big white envelope.

No I didn't receive an email just the packet.

Yeah. I got the email over a week ago saying I was in and that my letter was already on the way, if I had not received it already. I'm still waiting for a hardcopy acceptance down here in Texas, and I'm starting to wonder if its been lost. How long should I wait before calling them to see whats going on? I have a few competitive offers, and since NYU mailed theirs after, yet got here first, its getting a little frustrating...I cant really evaluate offers until I have hardcopies of each.

kochampolska: I would call tomorrow (they're closed by now). I received my letter the day after the email, and people in CA have gotten their letters already. It may have been lost in the mail.
