What are your study plans for the next month or so?
Hoping for a 2300, and I’m hoping this will be my second and last SAT!

There’s only 2 and a half months left!!! PANIC!!!
@heirofslytherine I haven’t even actually signed up yet.
@heirofslytherine I knoww help meee
Is the PSAT grade really similar to what you’re going to get for the SAT? (when you add the 0 at the end)
@heirofslytherine My PSAT was 221 and my SAT was 2210. So I guess it must be. And CB says it is.
@heirofslytherine it is some what similar but nit really there is no essay so…
@heirofslytherine @SONNY0001 How are you guys preparing?
@pandax0x0 I prepped using PR Cracking the SAT, Kaplan(normal workbook and SAT 2400), and Barron’s. After I had read all these books I did PR tests first, then CB. I did the 11 Practice Tests for the SAT and PSAT. After I did these I did the CB blue book and the test that the CB puts on it’s website. The PR tests are tougher, so I found the actual SAT easy. Kaplan test have easy math sections, and I didn’t do Barron’s tests because the PR was already helping, and experimenting may have waste time.
For math, I did Steve Warner, Kaplan, Barron’s and any other book I could find. I read the material, but you can’t do math only by reading it, so I did lots of math questions.
Writing tests 15 rules, and I learned these from my PR class. They are in one or more of the review books I used. After learning these rules, my writing score increase drastically and the test got easier. For the essay, I took Kaplan prompts, and I used the prompts that the CB puts on its website from the last SAT test.
For CR I did lots of questions. PR techniques really helped out, but it’s like math, you can’t do CR by only reading about how it’s done. Also, the vocabulary I had learned let me score 190 easy points with the vocabulary completions. I used the SAT Power Vocabulary to learn vocab.
@pandax0x0 @heirofslytherine I also used Reading and Writing workout for the SAT to help me with CR. Also, the CB has practice questions for all of the sections.
