***OFFICIAL MARCH 2015 SAT (US ONLY)***

Do you remember any that you had?

also what did people get for the math question about the slope from (0,1) to the vertex (it was like question 14 on the 20 minute math section). I got -2 but idk if that’s right. Also question 16 (maybe 15?) in that section about the pyramid and finding the side length of a cube of equal volume. I put 4 for that one.

Guys we can’t discuss questions on this thread because the Collegeboard said so

yeah sort of. Do you remember a name from it?

@testtakernyc yup I got both of those

i think i found the saburo passage.

I think it was erratic not eccentric…but for the pyramid one I had 8 as the length of the side of the cube

For the last math question, did you guys get 13/16 for the fraction of land not used by flowers?

@tg2100‌ I put difficult but worthwhile. futile seems too harsh because the point of the passage, as shown in the conclusion, was to emphasize a recent theory that advanced the understanding of this area. If it were futile, I don’t think advancements could occur.

Oh right the word was erratic! lol right thanks I feel much better now.

Yeah haha I kind of started panicking when you said eccentric…

Also 8 isn’t right for the side length of the cube I think because you get to s^3 = 64 and 4 works for that. I think you may have done sqrt(64) instead of taking the cube root. @SATsRuinLife‌

not 8 as the length, 4-- x^3 = 1/3(8)sqrt(24^2) = 64, 64^(1/3) = 4

I said 13/16

1/2 was for potatoes, then 1/4 of the REMAINING 1/2 is used for corn. So it’s 1/2 + (1/21/4) = 5/8. 1/2 of remaining land was used for flowers… 3/81/2 = 3/16. 13/16 was not used for flowers.

The one about the triangle was it 2k<p<3k??

Can someone find which test this was recycled from? Then it’s easier to find the curve

Oh right… I think I got it wrong cuz I was in a hurry…but you are right it should be 4.

@GranTurismo330‌ What do you mean recycled?

12.6 for perimeter of all those regular polygons?? 14 for maximum possible value for x - minimum possible value of x? 37.5 degrees, 120 for the average score grid-in… just 2^n-1 ??
