The state mandated tests are usually done in March. Michigan, along with some other states require their Juniors to take the ACT at the same time in March.

Does anyone know when we receive our scores? The proctor said 5-8 weeks as usual (though the other ones I’ve taken took like 2 and a half weeks), but do we just get this one in the mail rather than online?

did anyone else keep getting repeated answers for the english?

I got a lot of no punctuation in English

Sent from my SCH-I535 using CC

I also remember a lot of answers with no punctuation. I had an above average amount of no changes too, if i recall correctly.

What did everyone think of the reading section? I ran out of time and couldn’t finish.

Same here, the topics were extremely dull as well. I guessed on the last passage with science and reading.

Does anybody remember any of the questions from the last passage of the reading section? I ran out of time and had to guess on a lot of the questions.

What was the topic of the last section?

Sent from my SCH-I535 using CC

It was something about insects, spiders, etc.

For anyone who took the ACT, I died laughing after seeing this.
The final questions were about which catagory has the highest amount of carnivorous plants. I remember it ended like H, B, H. So if you geuss the third bubbles a lot you should be fine.

in the shuuh passage for reading, what question was answered in the passage?

For the last question in Math, draw a diagonal line to divide that into 2 triangle (one inverted). The diagonal line will be parallel to the midsegments of both triangles. Draw another diagonal line and you will see the same. By this triangle midsegment theorem, it shows the midsegment quadrilateral is a parallelogram. Therefore, any adjacent angles are supplementary (add up to 180 degrees).

score predictions? im really confused on my score and cant even give an estimate

Do you guys know when/ where we will be able to get access to our scores? Because this was one of those state-mandated tests does that mean we have to get our scores from our counselors? Or if we gave them our email will they provide an online copy to us [and if we already have set up an ACT account]?

I would like to know this too, I hope they don’t make us wait until after the state is done compiling whatever info they need from the tests!

I called the ACT about whether the March 5 scores will show up in an existing student account. They told me that if you put your social security number on the test when you filled out the booklet at school then your score will show up in your student account. Filling in your social security number is optional, so if you did NOT do this then you will receive a letter in the mail with details on creating a new account and you will also receive your scores. If you already have an existing account, then you will have to call the ACT and have them merge the two accounts together.

Neonpinklime, thanks for the info! I will keep an eye out online and post if the scores come up. Did they say when the scores might be up online?

They gave me the standard “5 to 8 weeks” that they have on their website. I’m hoping sooner though because my son took it in February and got his results in his online account in a few days over two weeks from the test date. The March exam is only the juniors of 9 states participating so one would think that the results would be faster still. And although they told me that if you put your social security number on it the results would be in your online account, they did not say whether we would get them faster than those who will get the scores via US Mail instructions to create a new account. Again, one would think that those who wrote in their social sec number would get it faster as they don’t need to activate a new account via letter, but I’m just hunching and hoping.

From the research I have done on past march exams an the scores could possibly come out early this week
