wow I did NOT get the A, B, C on a line question, so i’m pretty sure that was experimental

smeagz, the answer to that question was statistical data.

in error id, anyone know the answer to “the city workers assumed the funding has not been available until today, when it was available at the beginning of the week.” Is it “has not been”?

1230 was the answer

I couldn’t remember if that was in the experimental section or not. thats good lol. i prob got it wrong ^_^

yes, it is “has not been”. the correct form should be “would not be”

Tritium..i think it should have been.. the city workers assumed the funding WOULD NOT be available today.. has not been was underlined .. i think?

why it was confusing/straightforward: i initially had involved like most of you here, but the sentence had a “but” at the end. "cars are so confusing these days that a do it your self mechanic can’t do anything but the most STRAIGHTFORWARD tasks.

this is for everyone arguing on aim.

no, i’m pretty sure there was no but on the test in the mechanic sentence…also there isn’t a but in the sentence you’ve written here

I’m new to this (the test), but isn’t this whole discussion “illegal” according to the instructions, which tell us not to discuss questions and/or the essay until scores are out?

I’m just curious as to why this is so huge on CC when the mods forbid any discussion on the AP test boards.

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/ap-tests-preparation/341965-defy-college-board-s-rules-your-own-risk.html

ahh i’m reading all of your answer discussions on here and i’m flipping out because i got so many wrong from the likes of what i see here.

it was carrots! gahh i never even bothered to test the rest of the vegetables besides potatoes and onions. bleh.

CR was especially hard. that stupid double passage about politics was ridiculous. the math didn’t seem too hard but i got way too many careless mistakes.

The CR wasn’t as bad as I thought, especially the one with the two separate long passages. The long double passage was a pain.
Think I rushed the last bit of the essay a bit… Was a bit freaked out at the time that was left, even though I normally have 5 minutes around the spot where I was writing…

was the one with peripheral the answer?

i thought that question was flourish…central, i think. anyway, how many no errors did people get? (i got 2)

the carrots, what choice was that? I just remember the letter i put.

mflevity it is against the rules which is why I only posted that I took the SAT already, don’t want to get in trouble
but I doubt they would find out (on the other hand, cc seems to be a site that many ppl view and ETS must know about this so who knows)

and uninfatuated, it may seem like you got a ton wrong but the answers you are getting are from other test-takers, it is not 100% the real answers.

What was the answer for the Moore’s law question. If processor speeds double every 18 months, how many times faster will they be in 12 years? I put 256???

it was asking how many times faster will it go?
i thought it was asking how many times it will double??

I’m pretty sure it was how many times faster. I had to reread it a few times to be sure.

it WAS asking how many times will it double, EIGHT is the answer.

was “being well armed” one of the answers for Writing?
