As the title suggests...Let's comment on Math here plz. I have every single answer on open-ended section b/c I stored um in my calc. Will post later.

What was the second to last one?

Did anyone remember putting 0 for the one with 2x,3x,4x in the squares

no 9/25 i think

I think that one said x had to be positive.

got 9/25 as well i think

How about the one with the perimeter of the pentagon & the problem with one triangle with a bunch of altitudes drawn in it...we were looking for the length of one of the segments?

Overall I thought it was pretty easy. Did anyone else get 8 twice as answer?

So, my guess is curve

no. wrong:

0 = 800
-1 = 800
-2 = 770
-3 = 750
-4 = 720
-5 = 700

The answer was .36, or 9/25. When I manipulated the algebra I got it to 25(X*2)-9x=0. From there I used the factoring program in my calculator and the roots it offered were .36 and 0. However, because it asked for a POSITIVE answer, it had to be .36. You can plug it back in and check if you want.

okay here r some questions i remember

the one w/ triangle abc ... bc was stretched to d .. what is the angle of c. .. waht did u guys put

with the function moving to the right 2 spaces ... wat isthe y intercept

two posotive integers k and n whats negative .. i think i put (k-n)(n-k) ..

there was a question w/ an answer choice fourteen i put 14 as my answerr ..

y and x inverse charts ...

the angle with the two triangles I put 30. not sure though

edit: I'm referring to the problem with the equilateral triangle and bisecting line.

wit hthe triangle i put the original angle measure b/c angle c did not change right ?

Buuuuuuuump

Ans:

30 degrees

don't remember

what you have is right I believe

"Fourteen" was right. It was how many items would be below the average price or something.

Don't remember, may have been choice B..?

the charts there was only one choice that wasn't directly proportional, I think it was b or c

ohh the sequence question ... i put 101

Agree with everything said so far. What did you get for the one with the most cost effective crop? Was it the one that was 5% total area but 11% profit?

wasnt the sequence one 103? It added 5 each time, and 13 was one of the terms.

i put 101 b.c i saw that every number was one less than a multiple of 3 so 102 was a multiple of 3 and one less was 101

for the land questions i put carrots i think ...and the 2nd question i put A ...=/ dont noe if thats right

^^^that's wrong. the sequence was like 3,8,13,18,23...everything ends with 3 or 8, 108 wasn't an option, must be 103.
