I remember getting 30 for the cylinder problem.

I'm not sure why the (-x) problem was E? I remember graphing B on my calc to see that it was symmetrical across the y axis. E wasn't perfectly symmetrical when you referred to the table.

Doesn't equal solution means equal equation?

So just change x to -x and do it~

I would lean toward (E). I couldn't believe I picked (A)!

a solution is a root because its =0.

Lol, it's not talking about roots guys. It simply means, whichever one you can plug -x into and get an equivalent statement. That was whatever GPA said.

Since when does f(x)=f(-x) mean same roots?

question: for the problem where it was like some guy leaves home at 50mph and his wife leaves home at like 60mph and hour later rite and equation yadayada

i wanted to put B

but when i pluged numbers i kept getting A which was like absvalue(10t-60)

i put A

Neineibu. THANK YOU! everyone is against me for some reason, but I am 100% sure. (E) is right.

yeah im sure it was A daman.

daman u are correct. i used like 2 hrs and it worked

RIght, I'm not sure why you guys are discussing roots. If you plug (-x) into f(x) and get positive f(x), the function is even so you look for the function with symmetry across the y axis.

For the wife and husband one, it is A if you plug it in.

daman11: I put down A as well. If you plug in 1 hour, only A gives you 50 km.

Procrastination, you didn't finish reading the question. It said that if f(x)=f(-x), which of the following has the same roots/solutions. IT IS E.

Just wondering, but what math are you guys in? I guess I misread the question then. Is there a post of compiled answers anywhere?

alright guys, i must study for ap calc midterms. wish u guys the best. thanks for the help

Plzplzplz the curve HAS to be generous I don't want to lose my precious 800!...

I am in IB Mathematics High Level. My teacher is freaking hard...

Today's test is okay, but I finished in like 40 minutes, and I read the questions so FAST... since I heard people in December did not have enough time to finish.

Going to AP Calc BC. I should've took this test right after I finished H Math Analysis.

haha ykim i guess i just answered ur ques. bc calc, junior

I'm in AP Calc AB as a junior.

I was wondering because the test seemed really easy to me, and considering how many people here who are also in higher level math thought it was hard ... maybe I bombed the test without realizing it? :S

What do you guys think the curve will be? Was this test harder/easier than the previous tests?

just finished precalc 1st semester starting calc Bc 2nd semester which will continued nxt year

sophomore
