***OFFICIAL MAY 2015 SAT THREAD (US ONLY)***

i had months

Cause it pretty much describes their lives during the months before their rehearsal aka winter which ties into that parallel question

I put month preceding the rehearsal but idk

For those who didn’t have Maths experimental: Did you have a question (probably the last one) in non grid in 25 minute section that went like 6^a x 6^b = 6^c / 6^d?

I put the seasons, because they talked about spring, and “first warm evening” when they went ham on that rehearsal

I didn’t have any of the wacky graphs though. Math was pretty tame to me @ASAP123

And I found it odd that there was a 23 question and a 25 question CR section. Usually it’s 24-24-19 I’m pretty sure.

@silverphi What do you think about the writing error part?

  1. Flamingoes known to gather vs known for
  2. Lions manes, scientists researching vs sciwntists who research
  3. Marathon, find satisfaction to complete vs in completing
  4. Stamp, no error vs error

Typically, w/o experimental, you should have had 3 CR sections, 3 Math, 2 Writing and the Essay. If you had an extra onein any area, that was an experimental. I had four math instead of three

What did you guys get for the sentence completion question about childhood of whoever( Alexander?)
Was it blank, supposition?

I put months preceding the dress rehearsal, because the dress rehearsal was the last and final practice before the real show. But honestly at this point I don’t even know lol my brain is pooped @Messipass

1 - I don’t remember that one. Probably picked NE, but I can see the confusion.
2 - I put NE
3 - I said complete was incorrect. in completing is much better.
4 - I said stamp was NE

@Messipass are you talking about the lines from 40 - 70, roughly, or are you talking about the question that identifies a central parallel?

It’s not experimental
I had a reading experimental section and i had to solve the section with the median question

I think they’re talking about the 40-70. But for the parallel thing I put seasons as well @Yakisoba

Hmm… preety sure the answer was E) With

@SippinCoffee omg I’m so screwed, I always suck at CR. There were few vocab questions I planned to correct while doing math,I think I totally forgot to fix it

was the median question none? Statement III, which IIRC said that at least half the numbers above the median, I thought was incorrect since you can have all 1,000 numbers be 66 and the median would still be 66, the top half of the numbers wouldn’t be GREATER than the median. So I put none.

Solid.

@Yakisoba I was talking about something like 33 to 70. The parallel was season, i think i got that one
