So i’ve got a superscore of 2240… but I feel like my math score basically shoots down my chances at yale.</p>
<p>@Quick, I sure hope so. Going to study my butt off this summer. This sucks though… next year is going to be very hard. I wanted to get done with the SAT I this year so I could focus on APs and SAT IIs next year. BLAAH. </p>

<p>First time taking it with no prep classes or books:
CR: 750
M: 660
W: 790 (75 MC, 12 essay)
=2200. </p>
<p>So now what? I’m kinda new… I take it again and just focus on the math so that my “superscore” goes up? What if my other two go down?

<p>If others go down, it doesn’t really matter because your superscore would still be pretty damn high!
I say retake it, but DO NOT ignore the CR and W only because you know you already broke 700 on both of them. Of course focus more on M, but keep CR and W on check as well.</p>
