<p>Yeah I put 31 also because the third one has to be between the difference and the sum of the other 2 sides and the sum is 32 so the greatest possible value is 31 which is an option</p>

<p>yeah i remember that...it was a rule they said that the sum of the digits of all even numbers is even. which disproves that rule or something ot that effect.</p>
