**OFFICIAL McGill University Decisions - Class of 2016!**

@preppykid

Thanks for sharing that link. I’d been looking everywhere on their site to get an idea of when they send out admission decisions. I’m a transfer student (from an American college), and based on what I’d read on this forum, I thought I’d be waiting until like July to get a decision. Looks like American college students receive decisions before Canadians do…that’s kind of odd, but good for me haha.

I’m not sure if I should go to McGill. Money is not an issue, but saving 38,000 on tuition per year vs. every other school is nice. And McGill is a top tier international school.

i was accepted march 7th and my letter was postmarked from buffalo on the 13th so probably about 6ish business days to get the letter

General Comments: Good luck to everyone who hasn’t heard back yet!

I was accepted on Feb. 9 to the Faculty of Arts, and I still haven’t received the acceptance package in the mail.
I did apply for an Entrance Bursary on Feb. 20, so I was thinking maybe they need to sort that out before sending the package, but it’s the end of March already…
I called them a week ago and (after being put on hold for 20 minutes for like the third time) they just told me it might take several weeks for overseas locations. Okay? I guess?

so when do the results for indian applicants come out?

Its on a rolling basis for all applicants. Only difference is if your international or canadian so a date can be given by which you can expect to receive a decision. They dont really classify all international students country wise as that would take ages. Indians could receive decisions anytime between Feb-April end.

@bubu11 I applied to Mcgill as an international IB student only in mid November. My status changed to 'Reviewed - decision pending" early February. I submitted my IB predicted scores, HS transcript, and toefl. Anyone have any idea when regular decisions will be made? I’m thinking early April? Thanks. It’s taking foreverr :(
