Welp, jumping on the thread since i’m tired of waiting. Did this for the Stanford EA thread and it actually was kinda fun.

Average white overachiever from the midwest applying to McCormick for Computer/Electrical engineering! interested in doing the Kellogg Certificate program and getting involved with the Farley Institute.

Outside of studies, I’m planning on doing ultimate frisbee wherever I go and If Northwestern is where I end up, Dance Marathon is definitely something I’ll be diving into. I also want to do something else that isn’t a sport and isn’t related to my major… Mee-ow, perhaps?

Hey guys, I’m a prospective math/some other science major. I also applied to ISP. I’m from Tennessee, one of the worst states in the US. This place is literally terrible. Must go to Evanston!

@Chewey56 I feel you. I applied SCEA to Stanford and was active on that thread which was pretty fun. I got rejected though NU with ISP is my top choice. GOOD LUCK GUYS! We got this. CLASS OF 2017 HERE WE COME!

@colegebound- hey me too! same major and everythign i will hopefully see u in our prereq courses (look for the klutzy blonde girl accidentally blowing things up :D)

I’m interested in biochem which isn’t a major, but I think I put chemistry on the application. not premed haha. I also would strongly consider double majoring or minoring in Medill (Journalism!) I realllyyyy hope decisions are tomorrow not Friday!

Lol @luv2dance i just saw ur location, i laughed at my computer screen and my friend thought i was crazy XD

yah idk, i really hope decisions are out friday tho bc i’ll be out with friends to distract me if i don’t get in. plus i haven’t gotten my stash of comfort food to prepare yet.

@aerygold. Have you heard anything? SESP’s my first choice…heard they’ve had big increase in the number of apps. Hope we hear on Friday as well! Good luck

@himanshusahay yea, i got an email from Brown too, claiming D-Day is on the 28th. Although I didn’t get anything like that from Northwestern. I think they’ll just email us all when decisions are available online.
