<p>Regarding the e-mail ā I noticed it about an hour a go in my inbox. I clicked on it, it opened right up and I had the joy of reading the bad news. Then I went back to double check just to make sure I read it correctly (delusional thinking) and I havenāt been able to open again since.</p>
<p>Rejectedā¦ sigh. Got into UVa though! Hopefully better news is on its way!</p>

<p>I really wasnāt expecting this, especially after being brutally rejected from UoC after being deferred.</p>

<p>@xyclone- i found some of the best medicine for rejection (after getting waitlisted at washU) is going through your āwhy (insert school name here)ā essays to remind urself u have great other options 
just try.</p>

<p>REJECTED! But at least I know. They really need to find a new way to notify students. Itās almost like they enjoy the torture. They have to know it is a problem linking in! Anyway congrats and good luck. (For those you who got in, you are so lucky to be going to such a great school, great campus; for those of us rejected- just remember how cold it gets in Evanston in winter- have to say something to make us feel better.)</p>
