My email said 6:30 PM...Means 3.30 AM 29th March Pakistan time...Damn it..i have an exam at 8:00 AM! Killer

6:30 in CA. I'm thinking it's either to avoid server overloads or so that people on the West Coast will be at home to check. But then, I get out of school before 1.

I am @ 6:00pm and I live in Florida.

6 PM in NY here

6:30 here in the West coast. I hope that's eastern, so that'll be 3:30 here (so I can check right after school :D )

im east coast (FL) and mine said 6:30
strange...

West Coast 6:30

I wonder if certain times mean certain decisions - there's some CC panic material

Please, please, let's not start that! :D

I think that west coast people = 6:30

East Coast=6:00

That would be weird, because I got 6:30 as well, and I live in Europe. So logically we should have gotten something before 6:00. Oh well, they probably just assigned the times radomly.

i agree with pear, they're probably just trying to encourage people not to crowd the site

Interesting. Last year it was all at the same time (6pm ET). I'm on the west coast, so I checked at like 3pm, right before I had to go somewhere. And yeah, couldn't get on at all because the servers were jammed.

When I got home around 5, my dad had already checked and printed out my acceptance (I don't remember why he was home that day). Not exactly how I expected to find out (those two hours of waiting were HORRID), but hey, it all worked out.
