***OFFICIAL*** Notre Dame Decisions

Lets help out next years hopefuls. Whenever official decisions come in (the actual acceptance letter is in your hands, not an invite) post for this year and next year's applicants to look through.

Copy and paste the following into the reply. Then fill in the answers. First decision, then SAT scores, etc.
Remove the spaces inside the brackets to make it work...

** lets make it a little more easier to read by making ACCEPTED green, REJECTED red, and WAITLIST yellow. Do this by by putting Red, Yellow, or Green in where the word "Red" is right now in the first line.**

everyone should post SAT scores out of 1600, since ND doesnt care about writing

ckmets, I have to somewhat disagree. The adm counselor we talked to often mentioned scores in terms of "2140" or such, which indicated to us that ND is considering all three SAT scores in some fashion, maybe not officially.

when i was at an info session, they said that they consider writing like an SAT2, so its definitely not as important

Daughter accepted!

SAT: 1350, 2080 (710M, 640 CR, 730W)
ACT: 30
GPA: 3.95 uw
Rank: 10/138

Good ECs, essay, and teacher rec., great counselor rec., all APs and Honors classes
White female from Catholic high school in TN

Hook: 4th generation legacy, brother currently attends
Going to attend?: Yes!

they said that because the writing scores they have seen to this point tend to be higher than average V/M scores, they're not weighing them as heavily. of course, if someone has an excellent score, i'm sure it can't hurt
