There’s a 62% chance it is Friday afternoon, a 30% chance it is Thursday afternoon, and a 20% chance it is Monday afternoon.
It has been the third Friday in March for several years in a row. One reason cited for it not being Friday for this go round was that it was spring break this week. But admissions appears to be working this week (as you would expect them to be doing this peak time of year). And that Friday is St. Paddy’s Day. But with school closed and all students gone, this Friday would be a low key quiet day on campus rather than an Irish fiesta day. So I don’t see why St. Paddy’s would matter.
But since my percentages don’t add to 100, consider the source…
I’m confident in the 16th or 20th, I still believe it will be the 16th but no later than the 20th.
I’m sure that’s a standard answer from Admissions office as my regional recruiter reply in the morning to an email during EA I sent, saying decisions will be out in the next 2 weeks and it was that night.
The Hesburgh International Scholars Experience (HISE) is a visit program that provides students the opportunity to experience Notre Dame’s campus over five days. You’ll attend classes, meet with future professors, stay in a residence hall, and experience the Notre Dame family.
Invitations to the Hesburgh International Scholars Experience are sent to a select group of international students who are coming primarily from Latin America and the Caribbean, along with a select group from Europe and Canada. HISE invitees demonstrate an impressive academic record along with intellectual curiosity, strong leadership skills, and dedication to extracurricular activities
@goblue8721 Thanks! I don’t know. The letter said, “The Office of Undergraduate Admissions has reviewed your application, and although a final decision has not been made” So maybe give until Monday.
is there even the slightest of chances decisions will be released today? If so, the wait will be over in about 4 minutes. . . the suspense is overwhelming!
