<p>It also depends…I had mine at 7PM EST on the night before for October. I’d imagine it depends on how it uploads them. Some people didn’t get it until 5AM the day of.</p>
<p>So I’m not a reasoning test taker (took it for the final time in Oct!) but I took Lit in Nov. so I figure I’ll wait with you guys while reading the worst book ever. Anyone read Heart of Darkness? I’m reading it for AP Lit and have an in-class essay tomorrow that I’m going to bomb. I have 6 tests tomorrow because I was absent for 3 days last week to see colleges, ahhhhh! I’m hoping I did pretty well on Lit… I’m really nervous, I got a 790 CR so I feel like if I don’t do well on it it looks REALLY bad haha, oh well.</p>

<p>Heart of Darkness is one of those amazing works of literature that is often misunderstood. Its all about how Marlow heads deeper into darker Africa, where civilization decreases the most animal instincts make you progress. Kurtz is the epitome of that. His heart is darkened and his only desire is more power, more ivory. This he attains at any cost, even human life. So the lesson learned is that there can be a spark of darkness in anyone’s hearts where when bad deeds are rewarded, can be nurtured into the most vile thing.. the horror, the horror!</p>

<p>I definitely think that if I had the time or patience to REALLY read the book, I would absolutely feel the same thing. But when its late at night before the test, its hard to see the beauty in any book I see the eloquence of it, but it still isn’t my favorite. Just don’t like the writing style. We’re starting 100 Years of Solitude right after though and I’m SO excited.</p>
<p>I can’t focus on my homework because of the anticipation. And I have a unit test tomorrow…oh joy. I actually wished that they would post them on thursday morning so Thanksgiving break would allow me time to cope with the scores, be they good or bad. My schoolwork is going to be severely affected by the outcome.</p>
