Accepted!!! (to Stern)
To be honest, I can’t believe i got in–i had a terrible high school transcript but this past year at college i earned a 3.954 GPA and took 2 winter classes and 7 classes this past semester.
Good luck!

@BrettMess Congrats!!! I have just been admitted also. Has your credit transfer shown up yet?

Has anyone applying to CAS heard back yet?

@2intheAMPM

I got the email a little past 12pm. Hope you hear some good news today as well!

And for those asking about transfer credit, mine is not showing up.

Transfer Credit hasn’t shown up. I just called admissions and they had that Stern was posting transfer credit and the links to accept the admissions offer as per the “critical instructions” today. They said to check back later tonight and tomorrow because it will have been done by then.

P.S. Mazel tov!

Good luck everyone!!!

Good luck to everyone else! Any other NYU transfers please private message me! I am in the tristate area and would love to meet with anyone!

I just got my acceptance letter to Tisch at 11:17 am.
I’m actually shocked because my GPA is like a 3.4.

Anyway, good luck to everyone else that applied! I’m rooting for you!

I got rejected for CAS. HS GPA: 3.96, college GPA: 3.94. Great letters of recommendation, full time work experience, among other things. In any case, I was probably not going to attend if I had gotten in (I got accepted elsewhere with an excellent financial aid offer).

Good luck to everyone who wants to attend!

Edit: This makes me wonder whether NYU might be doing need-aware admission for transfers? My EFC was $0. Good thing I got into full-need colleges!

gahhhh I applied so long ago and haven’t heard anything. I mean why haven’t I even gotten a rejection letter. Ah.

Congratulations guys.

Rejected from CAS as well
