<p>Edit: If anyone else got accepted, let me know because I’m still deciding between staying where I am and transferring. I just never thought I’d get in! It wasn’t even a possibility in my mind.</p>

I got my email around 9:30 this morning (it was in the middle of my 9:30AM class).
So unexpected… I wasn’t expecting to hear back until mid to late May (I didn’t even send out my professor recommendations yet; my professors were going to express mail them for me today).<br>
Congrats to everyone else who got in!
I now have to anxiously wait for the financial aid award package…
Hopefully they’ll give me a lot. It’ll be a big factor in my choice between UVA and NYU (I’m still waiting to hear back from Georgetown, Emory, BC, and Vandy)
Btw, for those curious, all of my application items were not checked off on albert (my high school transcript was not checked off even though I resent it multiple times) before I received my decision nor did my transfer credits show up</p>
<p>Also the usual pattern is that decisions are released on Tuesdays and Thursdays (my friend who was admitted to stern as a transfer last year also got admitted on one of those days). </p>

I also applied to northeastern but I haven’t heard anything yet. They told me they would move up my application and give me an earlier decision since i have other deposits due, but we’ll see.

I applied to some schools around the area, so far I got into bryant university and pace university. I’m waiting to hear from brown, and (as I mentioned) nyu and nu.</p>

<p>I’ll be going back to my home country, so just in case I ever get something in the mail, it goes to the right place.</p>
<p>I recently moved and I couldn’t change my mailing info on Albert so i just emailed the undergraduate admission with my new address and they changed it.</p>
