<p>I guess I have to wait another day. Since Gallatin is heavy on the essays I have nothing to worry about. All of my English teachers said my essay was the most brilliant thing they have ever read by a student. There was nothing cliche about it. It was probably the most creative thing I have ever written. My GPA and ACT are pretty good to so I guess I have a good shot at getting in.</p>
<p>Damn I wish I had some nice positive thinking like you do. I keep thinking that my GPA is too low, my CR score is too low, my essay is average at best and such. If you're that confident about your essay, you should be a cinch to get into Gallatin :)</p>

<p>I checked the NYU site and that the first batch of letters were mailed this Thursday and Friday and that the second batch will be mailed on the 15th. I'm wondering why NYU was so slow about sending it out. Brown, Cornell, and Duke applicants already got their letters and e-mails. Georgetown applicants also got their letters today. I feel so left out in that I haven't gotten any letters :(</p>
