joanna, i put appreciation of nature

yay! so far all i've missed is supercilious and profligate and hopefully that's it! i love diaphonous...

Does anyone remember which section the SC about brothers and photography business and abolition was on?

What was the attitude of the man towards the "downtown ecosystem?" appreciative or something else?

a lot of people are saying that the suiter was wasting time away, but the definition of profligacy according to merriam webster is prodigal and dissipation which both mean wasteful usually in terms of money. Therefore I would say that the answer to that question is D. he still relies on his family for money

appreciation.. nothing else worked i think

Thykingdom: that first section you were talking about was experimental.

Thykingdom: appreciative.

avant: agreed, appreciation of nature.

fangjoe.. i think that might be stretching it a bit far? because it never mentions anything about his family

hey what was answer to the nature short passage one? enjoying nature's beauty or whatever or embracing simplicity?

EDIT- oops. someone beat me to it. what was the answer to the "shadowy" question?

for mona lisa one, I put hair because the question asked you which other part of body that the author of first passage would refer to. If you have read the passage closely, it was talking about how shadow and light & focus on detail around her head caused the picture to look 3d. That's why I put hair, but I think mouth is right.

did anyone get the answer [candid] for the 2nd question of a CR section for sentence completion???

It never says anywhere anythingabout his parents, so it couldnt be he relies on his apretns financially

ya i got candid

dude, did everyone get a CR section with really hard vocab words?
second to last SC had pedantic (the only word i knew)
anyone know what i'm talking about or was that (hopefully) an experimental?

yah, i got candid for the photograph (?) question.

shadowy=unsubstantiated? i think that's what i put?

i put shadowy = unsubstantiated as well!!

kissthesky, i dont remember any question with pedantic, maybe that was an experimental :)

what was the one about the appreciation one?

omg this is so annoying, im getting the questions where i got the answers narrowed down to 2 all wrong!

like profile vs mouth and city growth limitation.

Yep shadowy = unsubstantiated

what appreciation one?

Anyone else get a section that talked about how uninformed voters are in America
