goddamnit i hate cr. wow, so many ambiguous answer choices and not nearly enough of a generous curve. i bow down to anyone who got every single critical reading question right.

For the city passage, what was the one like, how did the author feel about the beliefs of the "thinkers"? I can't remember the choices...

That their opinion was erroneous.

*Does anyone remember a sentence completion about photographers and business and abolition and what reading passages were in a section with that SC?

Erroneous (city/nature passage)

haha i dont even remember half my CR so im not nervous at all because i have no idea what you guys are discussing

On the city/ecology one, some questions: what those environmental thinkers thought about the Industrial Revolution
-it was the start of a bad/wrong trend

^harmful trend, but i agree :)

Yeah I put that thing about the wrong trend.

Hmm, I did better than I thought on CR... Although I'm angry I didn't put erroneous. I almost did. Damn. Damn CollegeBoard to hell.

Yeah i put down harmful trend

Collegeboard is probably damned to hell a hundred times a day, lol.

i changed the peculiar question from distinct... to significant -1

and mouth to posture. although this is debatable..

it just sucks, that if i end up not getting a 700 because of this...

im doomed if i dont raise my 640 june

Wait was significant E or D... i think i put D but I remember picking significant... crap. Now that I think about it again... i think i put distinct.

Was posture a choice on that question, or do you mean profile?

yeah profile.

What was the distinct/significant question/?

i'm so ****ed.

i only answered 21/24 questions in the middle CR section...

i crashed for some reason...

arghh, i did good for the other two...hopefully i got around 5 wrong if i'm lucky, though those blank 3 really, really hurt me. :(

In the city passage, "distinctive" was the answer to "In context, what does the word peculiar (as in each city has its own peculiar fauna) mean?"

yes, it was.

I haven't taken the SAT before, but it seemed to me that the CR this time was pretty easy, except for maybe one or two questions. There weren't any impossible or super difficult problems.

Ohhhhhhh ok I had a hard time choosing between distinctive and significant.

But in the end I bubbled DISTINCTIVE
