Hmm....could have countries and nation jumbled up in my head. I know I chose the answer with the term relationship in it (I think). I thought that passage was actually relatively straightforward.

so the nixon CR section WAS experimental?

loquacious wasnt a sentence completion answer, it was capricious

section 2 was experimental

damn. Oh well, two sentence comps wrong in total then.

Crap..I hoped section 5 to be the experimental!

JMO I think your reply supported OUR claim haha. It doesn't have to say "nation".

nation = an aggregation of persons of the same ethnic family, often speaking the same language or cognate languages.

Africans and US Africans... They're related EXACTLY how the word is defined. and like you said, its about their relationship and they have the same ROOTS, thus CULTURAL TIES. It's not about the significance of these roots but the the longing to find these roots which are cultural ties. it's about the cultures in general, but the question said "cultural ties" which changes everything.

Those are my 2 cents.

what was the answer to the sentence comp. about the designer who used fabric that was see through?

In Mona Lisa passage, the question that asked about the word "innate" in quotation, was it symbol or skepticism about theory. I put skepticism.

anyone remember some other answers? the last CR section had currency/inconclusive, diaphanous, and iconoclast as consecutive answers, pretty sure on those

fabric that was see-through was diaphanous.

When do I get the result?

what were the other choices for currency/inconclusive??

Skepticism. At least thats what i said.

was it negotiate/concession in SC?

yeah negotiate/concessions

On the Mona Lisa passage, I chose skepticism too. The "innate" was definitely showing that the author didn't agree with the view that the Mona Lisa was popular because of its "inponderable" - or something like that - aspects.

In MonaLisa, the last question that asked about each passages approach, was it P1:societal context and P2:artistic merit?

I think the choices for the currency/inconclusive one were: momentum and , credence and _. and something else. Very spotty memory.

no.. passage one had NOTHING to do with societal context.. it was more like P1: artistic innovation P2: cultural preeminence

Yea negotiate/concessions.

Sum> You are correct.

any1 remember the other choices for the negotiate and concessions q, im kicking myself b/c i think i got it wrong.
