<p>My test proctor was so oblivious that I could have cheated during the test, but I refused to do so. I sat in back corner of the room near a chair, where I could have easily slipped a page filled with SAT vocabulary words.</p>

<p>Utterly incompetent like yours. Seriously, the guy next to me went back to the finished sections and completed them.</p>
<p>little less incompetent.. she had assigned seating but didnt come over every five minutes to see what section we were on</p>
<p>mine was a total jerk. he opened every window in the room and it is <50 degrees outside. so we all froze because he didn't want our germs.</p>
<p>Ours didn't tell us time, until the 5th test when we asked her to start doing it.. consequently I had no idea when the essay was supposed to end, and I had to go back and finish the conclusion after the #2 math section.. good thing she was like 75 and didn't pay attention. At least she didn't walk around every 10 minutes like my last one..</p>
<p>The timer on my watch beeps once every time I start or stop it. My proctor didn't let me use it. Fortunately, my clock was perfectly calibrated to the school's, so I had no time problems.</p>

<p>British. incompetent. ugly teeth. read the instructions like it were her first time.</p>
<p>I had two and they kept walking around. One of them kept looking at my test. Kinda weird.</p>
<p>mine was pretty young (possibly still in college), and she was pretty annoying.... she was really strict about some of the rules (no mechanical pencils), but she let people walk across the room and sharpen pencils. she kept walking around at looking at the tests too. and some other procters kept coming into the room and they were talking. really annoying.</p>
<p>mine cut one minute short on one section.</p>
<p>mine was pretty much a nazi. he kept standing right behind me.. freaked me out. so i gave him lots of dirty looks and he backed off.
i swear he thought i was cheating, he would intensely check out my paper every time he walked by. ummm, excuse me.. go away?</p>
<p>lol, last time i took the test, the lady would walk by every 5 minutes, i didnt have any time troubles on that test, but it was very distracting..the first time i took the test it was 2 community college kids that went to that college,and in between breaks, they would tell us how much easier the ACT was and how they couldnt take this test if they wanted too. They didn't really care, but the lady i had this time was old, and lazy.. all she did was read the script with a really stern voice and sit down and read lol.. she got up 2 times during the whole test to check.</p>

<p>Proctor sat there and read most of the time; came around once per section. Would that be relatively competent or not?</p>
<p>Annoyingly, however, she HAD NO ALARM, AND GAVE NO WARNINGS! You have no idea how frustrating that is when your view of the clock is obstructed, and its the one day you've forgotten your watch...</p>
<p>Mine was okay... She gave no warnings but at least she knew how to keep time (last time my proctor gave us six minutes less on a section). But her cell phone did go off during one of the sections and instead of turning it off she went outside to take the call -___-?!</p>
