Did anyone get their essay scores back?
I haven’t yet…

I did right away. But don’t worry, you’ll probably get them within the next few days.

I got a 26 composite when I took it in may, so I was very pleased with these results, even though my science score when down a point!

English: 34
Math: 32 (What the hell? I though the math was IMPOSSIBLE)
Reading: 23 (same as last time, lolz)
Science: 24 (again, lolz)
Essay: 10
Composite: 28! Would be 29 with a superscore, though. The fact that I got in the 99th percentile for both english and writing made me so happy!

English: 33
Math: 28
Reading: 35
Science: 34
Composite: 33

This was my first time… I’m surprised I did so well (though I am just awful at math).

Should I send this score or my 1480 (2280 w/ Writing) SAT? They’re roughly the same; that’s the problem.

@nina1228,
Thanks!
I hope I get them soon.

@pjramos61,
I’m wondering this for myself. I have an 1380 (2150) and a 31 composite which are roughly the same.
I guess it can’t hurt to send both.

Can anyone help me ?? i got October composite score 26. September 25. and June 24… GOSH~~ what is this!! i actually studied, but i dunt know. I actually felt that i did a lot better in October, but why it only went up by 1 point!!! all those tips on the prep books didn’t work for me. the score is just wayyyy too low for NYU Stern… Btw, I ma an Canadian student, and my first language is not English. Plz… help me, cuz i ma gonna take another one in December. its my last chance.

Composite: 31
English: 32
Math: 33
Reading: 26(***FFF)
Science: 34

sigh… was getting 30s on all my practice tests for reading, and i was one point away from a 32. i didnt think i did THAT bad on reading…

@shauna94 My only piece of advice is practice makes perfect. Do as many practice tests as you can. From the practice tests you’ll get to analyze what type of questions frequently give you a headache and what careless mistakes you often repeat. With that, you’ll be ready to take the ACT head on. Practice worked for me.

16 days after the first people get their scores, I finally get mine.

Composite: 32
English: 35
Math: 33
Reading: 31
Science: 29

I’ll take it!

Congrats on your score!

Thank you!

the wait was worth it dfree!

I got a 34.
36 english
34 math
35 reading
31 science (poop, it’s not real science anyways, I’ma hate)

But overall, I was very happy ( :

Wow - took ACT test on 10/22 and still no scores. Took SAT on 11/5 and already have scores. Anyone else still wiating on ACt scores from 10/22 test date - location state of NC??

@jazznb2012,
Wow! Still nothing? Have you contacted the ACT offices?

Still nothing. I’ve talked to ACT 3 different times and they aren’t able to tell me anything. They said the tests are randomly scored and loaded beginning Nov 8 - Dec 23rd, a full 8 weeks after the test before they consider it to be ‘missing’. Wow!

That’s ridiculous. At least you have SAT scores to send to early action schools…

I just got my scores back yesterday.

English: 30
Math: 22 (Went down from 23)
Reading: 33
Science: 27
Composite: 28

I was totally surprised on how well I did. I went from a 27 in both English and Reading to a 30 and 33 respectively.

Did any of you who also took the September test also think that this one or that one was harder?

jazznb2012,

Check with them every Wednesday (“Tuesday” at midnight central time) and Friday (“Thursday” at midnight CT).
I had to wait FOREVER for my scores too.
I hope you get them soon!

Congrats on awesome ACT scores! . I am taking ACT this saturday.
To those who scored 33 + in English/Reading , I will be grateful
if you could post some useful tips/strategies etc.
Did anyone use Mcgraw Hills ACT book for practice tests?
How is its difficulty level compared with that of Real ACT
Early response will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
